Very satisfied with this product! My cat loves the freedom this gives him as well. It is installed in the master bedroom door sort of off to the side and I barely know it's there. There is, of course, a small clap of the window when the cat walks thru, but overall very quiet.

It's a pretty decent product. It is a low price point so I didn't expect a whole lot. What I found challenging was making it work for the hole that I had. Admittedly the directions and everything assume you are putting it through a door, i believe. In my case I was taking a window pane out of a window so I had to create the thickness of a door basically to get it all to work. It was a bit tricky in that way. I think if you were just installing it in a door you would not have any problems. Other than that the operation seems to be decent. Everything works except it's a little tricky to get it to completely lock, and I'm not really confident that my cat won't just bust through the thing, though the first problem was getting him used to it but that seems to have been accomplished after a few days. Overall I am pleased with the purchase now that I know how these things work etc I may have invested in a more sophisticated version.
