Just enough light but not too bright.

We have 3 very good watchdogs. They would probably run for their life if someone came after them, but they bark every time a leaf moves. So, getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night can be a mite difficult. I try to avoid the squeaky floorboards and tip toe in the dark so I don't wake them. I usually end up knocking something off or stumping my toe and all hades breaks loose. I know the lights on these switches are to help you find the switches in the dark, but they make a pretty darn good nightlight. I also appreciate being able to see the switch in the dark in case I want to turn the fan on. I wish I had known about these sooner. The only oddity is that the switch is backwards. I guess you could install it either way, but we wanted the light to shine down so the switch goes up to turn the light off. Minor thing compared to the hounds of hades!
