No clinical deodorant/antiperspirant works for 72 hours on me. This product works well, lasts better than regular deodorant/antiperspirant and some of its competition, and is more affordable than something like Lume.

I have hyperhidrosis under my arms which is basically profuse sweating and within 30 minutes after i shower my underarms would be drenched and I smell like I've been sweating all day. Clinical Strength Secret has been my choice of deodorant for over 15 years. I prefer the gel but the powdered works just as well and all of the scents are pleasant. Lavender is probably my favorite. I also like Stress Response a lot too.
