Better than Most
I judge all the flour we purchase by whether or not the cooked product makes me sick. I am like a canary in the mining shafts of old. I have ordered coconut flour from most organic vendors and Terrasoul's coconut flour is an excellent quality coconut flour and it does not make me sick. I definitely can recommend this product. During the pandemic a lot of organic companies could not get their normal product from their regular suppliers so they contracted for and sold lesser quality products. Not good for the customers, but understandable from their point of view. I hope Terrasoul can continue to offer their excellent product lines because they are greatly needed by people with health issues. You would think Terrasoul could get some of that grant "pandemic" monies being thrown away on big business to help Terrasoul supply food to the people. My heartfelt thanks for the quality of the products you offer your customers. Happy holidays to you and your staff. Thanks!

makes great cookies!
I subbbed one-to-one for chocolate chip cookies that called for wheat flour. The dough was extra stiff. The cookies were golden balls of delight! I also did 1/3c subbed for a cup, and the cookies were good, but not the style I prefer- they were flat and crispy. Excellent product, highly recommend!
