I don't know how I found this, but I'm glad I did! I love a dot or two of it on hard boiled eggs,. It adds a little heat and “ZING” to a vegetable stirfry. It is spicy, and I like spicy, but until you can come up with the right amount of ZING may I suggest you start with just a teeny bit

I'm not into spicy foods - but I am so sold on this condiment. It tastes like balsamic glaze but with a kick I can handle. It has about the same heat as Rotel Mild. It dresses up my blah tuna and egg dishes and makes them delicious. I highly recommended it.

Woof! That's Spicy Hot!!

I ordered this for a dip when we have steamed dumplings. Since it said sweet and hot I figured it would be more palatable to our mouths, as we don't eat spicy all the time. I love chili oil and have always been able to handle it. My Stars. I opened this and like a crazy person dunked my finger for a tasty taste. I don't remember much of the next couple minutes. I know I made primal grunting noises, there was panting, and a lot of counter pounding. I used to work in a Chinese restaurant and we made our own dumpling sauce. Simple recipe. Equal parts 1/2 c water and soy sauce, 1 TB sugar, 2 TB lime juice, and 1 TB Sriracha or more to taste. I prefer chili oil or chili crunch instead of Sriracha. With this chili right here, I used about a teaspoon and it was perfect. I tip my hat to anyone who can go full dunk with dumplings in this sauce! Jealous!
