What the…? Gross, dirty bottle, not new! Avoid!

Bought a little bottle of expensive shampoo, and what the…? There's dirt in the ridges of the cap and gunk on the shoulders of the bottle and top of cap. Looks like they took an old bottle and refilled it with… who knows what? (Just noticed some of the lettering is rubbed off too.) Clearly not new! Who the heck sells used shampoo??
