I am second-guessing this brand

This is now the third sweater/sweatshirt I have bought from this brand. The first one was super cute and it was a size small and my dog needed possibly just one size up. This is now the third time I'm having to return it because it is way way too big how does a size small barely fit and then a size medium is extremely baggy and too big frustrating.
