It is an extract of fine-quality chicken and has helped the ailing king regain his health. In 1835, after his retirement from the royal kitchen, Mr. Brand opened a store to serve this elegant and palatable broth to the public. He called this unique broth the 'essence of chicken'. BRAND'S Essence of Chicken drink has been serving consumers all over the world for 180 years.
