a water soluble form of curcumin
This is another little known metabolite of curcumin ,Tetrahydrocurcumin.it has been modified to be water soluble,which regular curcumin isn't,no matter how much they try to make it better absorbed(liposomal,for example),when I take this in the morning I immediately feel it's effect,not a placebo!
