In-Wall 9 Setting Countdown Timer
The Fosmon in-wall countdown timer has 5-10-15-20-30 minutes, 1-2-4 hours and off settings. Press the button repeatedly to select one of the nine settings. The switch will automatically turn off after the selected time runs out. You are able to turn off or change timer setting anytime you want.

Installed 4 of these into bathrooms so that the exhaust fans would shut off automatically after the set time period ran down. They have functioned as advertised and I am very satisfied especially since they were well discounted over the similar devices sold by the big home improvement stores. Installation was not difficult however you need to be to understand the additional requirements to establish a "common" connector to supply power to the device itself. They provide a small amount of stranded 14 gauge White wire but I substituted my own solid 12 gauge, 20 amp, wire to do this. If you do not understand that the switch you are most likely replacing only transfers power from the line side to the load side and this new switch actually requires power for its own function, have a licensed electrician install it. Purchase was easy on line, received very quickly, works very well. Also has a small nightlight effect through the toggle button that you set the time with.
