My couch arrived in 3 boxes on 2 separate days. I contacted Yeahumalia looking for the 3rd box and they responded quickly with the tracking info. Assembly was easy peasy and required almost no tools. The cushions fluff up quite a bit when you remove them from the vacuum sealed packaging. I like the comfortable firmness and the deep seat allows me to sit with my knees up. I like that all of the cushions covers are removable for washing. My only complaint is the top seat cushions slip around a bit. But overall I'm very happy with this couch.
