Okay for the price.

I ordered a size larger than I thought I needed. It runs very small. It is impossible to put on over the head and extremely tight. It did not control the back bulges over my bra which was my main objective. Once the struggle to get it on was over, it was not uncomfortable to wear considering how tight it is. The fabric breathes. I wouldn't call it a waist trainer as it did not slim my waist in any way but it did smooth my shape under my clothes.
