The Mauviel M'Heritage 6.4 qt. stewpan & lid allows you to cook with unsurpassed heat conductivity and control thanks to it's 90% copper, 10% stainless steel construction. The M'150s collection features classic cast iron handles, stainless rivets, a polished copper exterior, and an 18/10 stainless interior. The cookware has a thickness of 1.5 mm, and the copper exterior allows for superior heat conduction and control. The M'Heritage collection represents the total experience and heritage of Mauviel 1830.
