We bought this trampoline back in September, it was the most affordable for the 16 foot size. Shipping was fast got it just in time for birthday gift. It's very nice and sturdy, well built. Received all the parts , everything was in order and the instructions were included. We contacted the company recently because of some high winds we almost lost it. Our trampoline was the only one to survive the high winds in our neighborhood!! We just had to order a few pieces and now is as good as new. Customer service was great from start to finish they listened to me and helped me out immediately. We have not experienced such great customer service such as the service this company provides! I will definitely buy from them again and recommend 100%
