It was terrible. The phone came with the same battery service issue as the iPhone 7 I'm replacing and the cord doesn't stay in the charging port... I have tried returning it to 2 Walmart's so far and customer service was down both times not to mention none of the employees know that the phone can be returned to the Walmart they instructed me to Fed Ex since the original packaging said Fed Ex instead of Walmart... My biggest complaint however is to the seller, when I called to tell them this phone was worse than my old one they dismissed it with “well we can give u $29 towards the cost to replace the battery” NOPE bc it wasn't supposed to come needing to be serviced then they responded with “well u can just take it back to any Walmart is there anything else u need?” Like it's not their responsibility to ship out descent equipment!! Wow!! Hopefully I will get this thing returned soon so I can actually get a replacement phone that's worth having
