Doesn't stay put

Doesn't stick well if you're moving around. Also I thought package would contain 2, so $20 isn't worth it for one. It's pretty small. I bought this for my knees, thinking I wouldn't have to lie down 20 minutes with it on, but it simply doesn't stick once you get up. Waste of money. Buy a bigger gel pack for a small amount of $ more.
