St. John's Wort Tincture Bottle, Kosher Liquid St. John's Wort Alcohol-Free Extract, 500mg, 1 fl oz

Recently I began doing a lot of research on vitamins and supplements. Needless to say I was nothing short of shocked to learn that a lot of vitamin/herb companies were owned by pharmaceutical companies. I also learned that the labels on those vitamins/supplements were not exactly what one would call accurate. Lets just say the ingredients and effectiveness were less than what you would hope for them to be therefore, you weren't getting the benefits from them that you would expect. In fact there is/was really no health benefits at all from taking them. So, I began searching for a place to get my supplements that had no affiliations with a pharmaceutical company. This is when I came across Pure Mountain Botanicals. This is a small family business, so putting out a good product is necessary for them to be a successful business. Since this brand wasn't carried in the store it was shipped to me. To my surprise I had it the next day. Visually, I could immediately tell the difference when I compared just the appearance capsule of the old supplement to this new one. The old one looked just that...old. Both had clear capsules. The new one from Pure Mountain, has a crystal clear capsule and the herbs have a rich, fresh appearance. The older one looks capsule isn't quite as clear and the herbs themselves have a faded appearance. As far as effectiveness goes, we just got the supplement and I got these for my husband. Therefore, I will do an additional review if the effectiveness is not as good as I am hoping and expecting it to be. And lastly, I was very pleased to see that this supplement came in a glass bottle verses a plastic one. Overall for me this is a five plus star company with a five plus star product. I will definitely be bringing all my business to Pure Mountain Botanicials.
