Very cute that you could wear inside or outside over a jacket (if cold). It could be for dress up or casual. My younger daughter saw it and wanted it for herself! I didn't end up wearing, because the party was cancelled, but it is very cute and I would recommend.

Cute costume and really looked liked a Monarch Butterfly. My only issue is that it's one size fits all. I am small and it was a little awkward getting my hands out to do anything. I think it should be made in at least 3 different sizes.
