It arrived Early, New and exactly as expected. Initial sole inserts are good, but I found more comfort in swapping it out. I wear wide width and the 2e fits the feet as I would expect. If your getting the white trimmed shoes you should expect to have to clean them somewhat frequently but if you tread lightly they don't get scuffed too easily.

i would buy this product again

it is a great looking shoe we got for our grandson who has autism. it fit his feet really well and seems to offer great support for his ankles. he goes out walking with his support person and we are hoping that these shoes will work well for our grandson
