This kit is designed to help you complement your overall speed and quickness training. Always warm up and stretch before beginning your training. Exercise in an open area that is well ventilated and free of any hazardous materials. The parachute included in this kit should not be used for any activities such as jumping, gliding, or free falling. It should be used to create running resistance as seen in the enclosed training DVD. The resistance harness should be used for athletes under 200 pounds. This vest is designed to create resistance while a partner is holding the harness and is not suggested to be connected to a sled with weights. This kit is recommended for athlete over 14 years of age. Athletes under the age of 18 should train under strict adult supervision.
