Our Gluten Free Linguini Pasta is USDA Certified Organic and GFFP Certified Gluten Free. Mountain High Organics is proud to be non-GMO, Kosher (Parve) and vegan/vegetarian friendly. A delicious whole-food wheat alternative made with only three ingredients: organic quinoa, organic white rice, and organic amaranth. Packed with protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, our pasta supports a healthy diet while being low in fat, cholesterol and naturally gluten-free. Our pasta is also celiac friendly! Get four 5lb bags of our Gluten Free Linguini Pasta - perfect whether you’re following a gluten-free diet, you're vegan, vegetarian, or seeking a high-quality, nutrient-dense option. Instructions: Boil filtered, salted water, add pasta, and cook for 15-20 min. Stir occasionally throughout, as gluten-free pasta has the tendency to stick. Note that the water may turn white from protein in the quinoa and amaranth. Drain once cooked and serve with any sauce or gravy.
