conditioner is extremely thick but i added some water to get it out of the bottle. these work very well overall. they smell pretty good, lathers well, and leaves my haur feeling super soft. my hair gets dry because its bleached at the ends and this helps it become super soft. the shampoo doesnt feel like it strips my hair (which i have had with other brands). definitely recommend
