Dissolve two handfuls, about a ½ cup, into warm running water. Soak for at least 15 minutes. Don't have time for a full bath? Dissolve one handful into a large bowl and fill with warm water. Soak hands or feet for 10-15 minutes, pat dry.

The scent of this Village Naturals Chronic Pain salt is therapeutic. It dissolves well in water and promotes muscle relaxation. Having fibromyalgia (which I wish more people, including medical professions understood) and arthritis, this bath salt takes the edge of enough (much of the time) that I can move or sleep. It's a product I'll continue to buy.
