Despite some of the reviews I read my phone looks new no scratches. I've had it for over a month now and it works very well. I do YouTube videos and the videos look even better than with my previously used iPhone. Also, the speaker picks up very LOUDLY, I have to adjust the volume on the videos when I'm editing. I don't see any reason to purchase a new iPhone when the used ones work just fine for my purpose. I actually paid less money for this one and have twice the storage space.
