After watching a video of a Dr listing exactly what type of each B vitamin %26 the amount you need of each to get the best out of a methylated B Complex this is the only brand I found that had them all! This product is sustained released which I like. I think that's the reason it doesn't make me nauseous like others have. The smell is not so good but B vitamins never smell good. This is my second bottle ordered %26 the only brand I will use now. I love it!
