Purchased last month. So far we are very happy with this phone. The audio is clear. It is not tinny like some phones, and so far we have not experienced an echo. The buttons are nice and big, easy to see. Pickup and dialing work great. Previously we had Uniden phones. This is a fantastic upgrade. It's worth the extra money.
