It's perfect! I just ordered the smaller size at first, thinking it would fit like a glove 😂 It does fit, but it's a little tight when I sit down. For reference, I'm 5'5" — during pregnancy I was 214 lbs, and after birth I was 186 lbs. So if you're around my size, I'd recommend going with the bigger size! I'll add a picture of my hand so y'all can compare size but what I do love about it is that if it's my whole body not just half my belly !!!
