3 YEARS WARRANTY ONLY REPLACE NO REPAIR–AQUOS is dedicated to making high quality products for every customer. We warrants the PVC fabric and seams of the AQUOS Pontoon Fishing Boat for three years against separation and subsequent loss of air. Fabric discoloration due to any cause is not a warranty consideration. The aluminum floor board and guard bar are warranted for three years against structural defects. This warranty does not include the surface finish or any damage due to misuse, negligence or ordinary wear. The motor mount, plastic fasteners, oars, oar locks, lifting handles, valves and other factory installed accessories are warranted for one (1) year against defects in material and workmanship.This warranty shall be ineffective if the boat has been operated without proper inflation, or with an outboard motor which exceeds the maximum horsepower rating listed on the serial plate attached to the transom. Foot pump and carry bags are warranted for 3 months.
