Magellan 505 HC GPS Cyclo Computer

I compared it to the Garmin 820 unit and for the price it works. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Purchased my first unit from Jet. They go it to me, no problem. 4 months of using and it died. Magellan replaced. 12 1/2 months later the second unit dies. Contacted Magellan. Over a weeks time I had to send them numerous bits of information(sales receipt, replacement info, etc) because they said they changed systems and did not have the information. After this process of getting Magellan all of the info. They tell me they will not cover the product since it is less than one month out of warranty. This is incredibly poor customer service. I do not advise this poor product and I will never buy another Magellan product. I will also tell anyone that asks to not buy any of their products.
