It is still early, but I can tell it is helping

I have only been taking this supplement for a few days but have noticed a decline in my appetite. I want to note that I took the recommended dose of 3 capsules on the first day. That left me a little on edge, and I experienced some jitteriness. I am sensitive to caffeine, so it could only be an issue for me. On day 2, I scaled back to one capsule to evaluate how my body would respond. That turned out to be perfect for me; it still keeps my appetite at bay and my energy up, and hopefully, I will be seeing some weight loss soon. I am finding this supplement helpful.
