love this mat!!!!

Love the exercises in mat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very unique yoga mat. I love that it has the poses on one side and core exercises on the other. I love routine and structure so that helps alot when I'm doing my stretching. It's comfortable and helps my back having less back pain since I was using the floor with no padding before I got this. Color is nice and subtle which is also great. I recommend this for sure.
