The holders on Amazon have "multi sizes" but that means you get maybe 2 holes for the size you want--for me that was the big 000 empty capsule holders. But this this seller, every hole is for the size you want, and the 000 size is less common. This holder allows me to fill 6 pills at the same time and it has a handy knob for putting the capsule tops right next to the pill I plan to fill. The price is low too. The material is sturdy, so it is not easily broken. I also like the weight of this holder, because it is also sturdy and not likely to tip over, even when I fill my capsules. No one else had this, so I am very pleased with Walmart for carrying it and for the seller for supplying it.
