How do I get my money back?

I am very upset. I was so excited to receive a ice cream maker. I was given a used product. I noticed when I opened up the product it did not come with the four packets that said that it would come with to create flavors. I also noticed my product was a little dirty. I thought maybe it was the warehouse mistake and I wiped it down but once I put it together, I noticed the top part of my ice cream machine maker did not clamp down on the sides like it was supposed to. It was broken. The paddle also does not spin like it's supposed to and then I realized I was given a used product, someone returned because it was broken, and then the manufacturers wrapped it back up and sold it to me.
