Service Center Sucks

Tires are fine, great even. My problem lies with the service center. Walmart.com let me order them to the service center AND schedule installation. Once i arrived they had every reason they could think of to not install said tires. The reason kept changing. First it was " these are not stock on your car and will not fit you ordered the wrong size (i have a lifted truck , they will fit- as if i just blindly ordered 37s) Second it was " its our policy not to install tires that are not the size stock on your car" couldn't show me where it said that just kept saying it. Then it was " our tire machine wont fit 37s" when i tell you i laughed out loud, and explained that plenty of trucks and some jeeps and broncos come stock with this size and what do you turn them away? Then it was " my car would not fit on the lift" my jeep is lifted 3 inches... another LOL After much back and forth and explaining that their answers make no sense and had no merit they agreed to install the tires. ( i guess their machine magically fits 37s now?) Only if we brought them the current tire/rims one by one. Talk about inconvenient. the kicker? The refused to attached my free included road hazard warranty for being a walmart member. The tires were cheaper elsewhere and i only went with walmart for that. I will be returning them and just going to a different store. What a waste of an afternoon. Unnecessarily difficult.

Great Tire So Far!

I labeled Winter as N/A because we have not gotten snow yet. Comfort is a 4 instead of a 5 just because they feel a little floaty, the truck has a little more lane wander after throwing these tires on but its nothing that really bothers me. I also labeled "noise" as N/A because I love having tire noise, I don't think these make too much but I really don't notice it. So far I have had them offroad in gravel, rocky, and grassy terrain. I also run them every day on the highway with no complaints, my fuel mileage has gone down a little since putting them on but they are more aggressive than the tires I had before. I just pulled out my boat the other day, usually would have to use 4wd due to the wet boat landing and the weight of the boat but these tires pulled just fine in 2wd no slipping. I have put around 6,000 miles on the tires and the tread is holding up well.
