Got this to help kick the residual cough after the flu. I made the medicinal sttength- 2 bags with 2 cups boiling water and steeped for 10 minutes. I added a touch of raw honey. Wonderfully soothing drink. Tastes smoother than it smells. Feels very healing to drink.
