Solid musky reel - customer service needs help

I used both the Revo Beast HS and the Revo Rocket on a recent musky trip after upgrading from my C4's. I ended up preferring this one (the Beast HS) for reasons I've yet to quantify. The build quality seems excellent, which I expect from Abu, and the reel operated well with a smooth, strong drag. I purchased the reel from this website. The box, as received, seemed to be missing standard items (extra handle and oil). I did contact Abu about what should have been included and have yet to hear back. I view this as a separate issue from what seems to be an excellent reel, but something is essential for buyers to note.

The Beast Upgrade is great for Musky Anglers!

Received the 2019 Abu Garcia Revo Toro Beast just in time for Fall Musky Fishing. The Aluminum frame and side plates make it a durable and comfortable reel that balances very well on all my musky rods from 7'6-9'6 in length. The upgraded 26lbs of drag pressure paired with the star drag ‘back-off' capability has proven highly effective keeping ‘hot' fish pinned that commit on the figure 8 and then go nuts at boat side. Fishing these new Beasts with clients varying in ages from child to adult has proven to inspire them with confidence in their introduction to casting bait cast reels with heavy lures for Musky. The magnetic and centrifugal braking system is highly beneficial as it can be dialed in very quickly based on each anglers learning curve and level of experience. Frustration in casting a musky bait caster is eliminated! Thank you for continuing to make advancements in reel technology and offering the 6.6:1 AND the 4.9:1 which covers 90% of all applications we use! NOTE FOR FUTURE CONSUMERS: The 60 size DOES come with a power handle as the standard option. Smaller size comes with double paddle.
