Brioche Medium Baking Cup

I usually use the brioche tin pans for making my sweet rolls but the thought of pre-washing them washing them after use and drying them is just too much work thus having me try this brioche baking cup. I made some sweet rolls and used this. I lined my rolls with wax paper thinking that the rolls might stick at the bottom but to my surprise it didn't. No need to use the wax paper lining next time. One step out of the way! I am so pleased with this product and would not use anything else next time. I highly recommend this.

Great for Baking Tarts

These saved the day during the holidays. I was having trouble with mince pies sticking to metal pans. I tried using these instead and they worked perfectly! They are sturdy enough to shape the dough while flexible enough to pop out the tarts. Added bonus - they are great for guests to hold their finger food. I really like that you can bake in these and and have non stick while being disposable. The sturdiness of them was the big seller for me.
