I'm following the Mediterranean diet lifestyle now. I was seeking out something I could take to work for lunch. I spotted these and was a little hesitant but bought them anyway. when I first opened them up they look little on the unappetizing side. But hey, I got to eat better so I tossed it in the microwave for 60 seconds. Took it out, drizzled on the little dressing packet that it came with, then mixed it all up. My first bite was surprisingly delicious! I can't believe that this brown stuff that I had in this bowl could taste so good! It didn't seem like good enough portion, but after I was done eating I was actually okay for the rest of the day at work. we'll definitely be back again! Did I forgot to mention how delicious the stuff is?!

Easy to prep %26 tastes delicious.

I'm kind of a picky eater. So, I wasn't sure about this purchase. I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance and taste of this food. The prep time was a snap. You peel back the plastic covering one half open. Then open the green tomato verde sauce and pour it on top of the ingredients in the bowl. Microwave 60 seconds. Simple. Then thoroughly mix the sauce through the beans, etc. Then eat. All the ingredients are identifiable and taste like a Mexican style dish. It has a spicy hot taste that's mild to me. If you like Mexican dishes, you'll enjoy this. The portion size is just right and one could sprinkle shredded cheese on top or add sour cream. It's really good. Try it out.
