Love that there are no rivets on the inside of the pan where food gets caught and hard to clean.

Learned to hold off reviews until testing a product over a period of time first. Sadly, bought another based on appearance, to hold in reserve, before thoroughly testing this one. This first purchase product received October 30, 2025. Product put in trash February 22, 2026. There are a lot of 5 star reviews. Doubtless most are based on appearance out of the box. That is how this was first rated. The product out of the box looks beautiful, sturdy, well-made, and promising. Reality: 1) High, medium, low; with oil/without oil, everything sticks. 2) Never once was able to cook a fried egg that didn't stick and get ruined. 3) In the trash because even the little bit of stick-free surface stuck and burned, like it was completely finished working. 4) You also need to use silicone only utensils. Always needed to use two spatulas to lift food because it wanted to stick. 5) Beautiful appearance, but terrible real-time performance. 6) Does not last. Very expensive for less than four months life expectancy. 7) The surface is pimpled as part of the surface design, instead of smooth, making matters much worse. 8) Going back to G-O-T-H-A-M S-T-E-E-L. --- Review based on over 50 years cooking, cleaning, purchasing experience.
