The Arctic Air AMT48R prep table is constructed with two doors and includes 12 sixth-size plastic pans. This piece of equipment comes with a full-length cutting board that enables operators to conveniently perform prep tasks, and its refrigerated base ensures food remains fresh without the risk of freezing. The self-closing doors stay open at 90 degrees, while their magnetic gaskets create a secure seal for product. Foamed in place with polyurethane, the Arctic Air AMT48R mega top prep table is constructed of durable stainless steel on the front and sides. Its interior ABS liner increases the visibility of spills, and the removable doors facilitate cleaning. Operators can read the temperature on the digital LED thermometer. Overall, this piece of equipment measures 48.25 inches in width by 34.50 inches in depth by 43.30 inches in height.
