Backs unscrew and fall off a lot

I bought these because my daughter has been losing backs to her earrings. I thought these would stay screwed as expected and we wouldn't have to replace her earrings so often. Boy was I wrong, within 2 weeks, ALL of the pairs had one back come unscrewed to where we lost them. We went back to the push on backs because those we weren't replacing nearly as often.
