LOVED THE WINDOW ENVELOPES WE ALWAYS USE. HOWEVER, I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE CHEAP COPY MACHINE PAPER. IT IS JAMMING UP THE PRINTER ALL DAY LONG. I ORDERED A CASE OF WHAT WE NORMALLY ORDER AND MUST HAVE SENT A CHEAPER VERSION OF IT. IT IS SO SO THIN. LIKE TRYING TO RUN A TISSUE PAPER THROUGH. I CANNOT TAKE USING THE OTHER 9 REAMS AND DEALING WITH THIS FOR EVER LONG IT TAKES TO USE UP. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO TO GET THE RIGHT QUALITY. THANKS, LISA PESSON - RE-CAL SERVICES.
