Instead of Crystal Light

I like to drink a lot of water each day, but sometimes plain water doesn't sound appealing. I don't want to use drink mix-ins with artificial colors or sweeteners, and I love that this also has so many good vitamins for a healthy immune system! I'm adding it to my water bottle every day now.

Saved my butt

This stuff saved me from getting sick the week before a race I had spent 6 months training for. My son came down with a cold early in the week and I felt my throat getting scratchy. I downed a few packets of this and I was as good as new by race day. My husband ended up getting it too but I'm still unaffected. Grateful for this stuff. The stevia is a bit strong so I dilute it down and only use half a pack at a time with some seltzer water and lemon.

Effective and delicious

I was expecting to have to choke this down like other immune boosting powdered mixtures. What a nice surprise to find it was actually really tasty! This drink is part of my arsenal for whenever I start to feel under the weather, which is honestly pretty rare due to taking the LifeSeasons gummies ever day.
