I am sure this pillow is great for those who are pregnant. I am a senior and have issues with joint pain. A physician recommended this as a means of relieving pressure on my joints and allowing me a restful nights sleep. However, the thing is so huge, it takes up my entire side of the bed, makes it difficult to turn and did not help at all with my joint pain. I took it apart and reduced it in size. Even that didn't help. Each time I had to move or turn, the pillow would drag on the blankets and sheets and made it more difficult. So if you are like me, aged and have joint pain, I would suggest trying something else. It might be great if you're young and pregnant, but its a zero for someone old and achy.
