Stout little machine

I've only had it for a month, but I'm pleasantly surprised so far that it's handled everything that I've thrown at it. I've machined aluminum and mild steel using endmills, a shell mill, and boring bar without hesitation. I had already read reviews about the R8 drawbar being metric threads so I made one in 7/16-20 to use my collets, 2" shell mill and 2" boring head. I still use the metric drawbar with the included drill chuck and ER32 collet set. The X,Y, and Z dials are in metric graduations but that's fine with me since I had already planned to add a 3 axis DRO. Tramming the machine was easy, as it was only off by .007".

It's a nice mini mill. The manual sent with it covered a different mill but basically the same. The rubber shield for the table has already split. But other than that. Works great for the money
