Taekwondo Training and Health Related Physical Fitness of School Boys (Paperback)

Physical Education has been accepted as an integral pan of general education in India. There is a great scope and need for research in Physical Education applying the training of Taekwondo for the development of Health Related Physical Fitness of School Boys. The review of related literature does not indicate any studies to evaluate the utility of Taekwondo Training for the development of Health Related Physical Fitness Variable of School Boys. The present study is aimed at collecting scientific evidence about the utility of Taekwondo Training for improvement in the performance of Health Related Physical Fitness Variable of School Boys. It is hoped that the result of the present investigation may be helpful to those who are interested in the applied aspects of the effect of Taekwondo training for improvement in the performance of Health Related Physical Variable of School Boys.
