The size is standard. The quality is good. The firmness is what one would expect from this type of pillow. Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast It does come compressed, so will take about 24 hours to expand, but a simple little fluffing as it goes helps. The outer washable case is a nice plus.

i bought this for my son for christmas. he is the pickiest little sh!ŧ and is never satisfied with anything he didnt pick out himself. so, i gave it to him early just to make sure i didnt need to order a different one in time for christmas and he said he absolutely loves it. thank god!! there will be plenty of other gifts for him to hate on christmas. lol. it came packaged nicely and didnt have any smell. delivered on time, like two days later to the middle of nowhere ohio. so, i would definitely recommend this pillow and store to anyone.

Excellent IF you like a very firm pillow! I love it. As for negative reviews, there is a wide variety of pillow types and firmness levels. This is not for anyone looking for soft and squishy. I have a hard time finding affordable, firm, memory foam pillows, and this was exactly what I was looking for. I would consider it to be extra firm. My head barely causes a dent (side sleeper).
