yay I have hot water again I'm so happy with it after taking a bath for 7 months and a turkey pan I'm so happy so thank you and the water is great I love the knobs on it the display is bright the temperature it has a winter and a summer it's amazing I love it it's better than my last one and that one was more money the last one so thank you the only difference was on the one I had and this one the hot water and the gas were in different spots so we had to move it a little bit but that's fine I'm good with that it's a great product I just hooked it up yesterday though so I just did my dishes and it's great

It took a little tweaking but works great! We had to purchase a propane reducer, put the plumping tape on one of the pipes inside to fix a leak and we had to add tape on the igniters because they were shorting out but after those kinks were worked out it works perfect. It doesnt use alot of propane but the water is good and warm. weve been running on a 100lb tank 4 months and its between half and 3/4s full. I did contact customer service and they did respond with helpful suggestions.
