After moving from a major city where I was at the gym five days a week to a rural environment where getting the mail is exercise -- well, I started to get a bit rotund.The machine arrived very well packed and devoid of damage. I was very happy to see that the required assembly involved a small number of parts, a good set of instructions and the necessary tools to complete the process.I started with ten setups a day for the first three days and after a week, I'm up to forty a day. Yes, it's not so easy when your out of shape, but after a week I can feel results - have already lost that "jelly belly" feeling when walking.
