These are the exact nighttime sleep aid as Sominex but theirs is 3 X’s more costly. I’ve used these for years now with no weird side effects, no withdrawal at all when I quit until next time. (They are non habit forming) and I’m not groggy in the morning. Easy to swallow, and it has no taste whatsoever.. I highly recommend these and there are several sellers of the same identical OTC meds here, so I make sure I get the best price between them all.
